What should I do with my promotion code?
Simply add any applicable items to your basket and enter the promotion into the code box to get a discount code. The code box can be found in your basket.
Can Baker Ross assist me with a promotion code that isn’t working?
There may be a minimum spend requirement, specific goods may be excluded, or the discount may not be usable when combined with other offers or discounts.
How can I pay for my order?
Credit and debit cards from MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro are accepted. Baker Ross regret that Baker Ross do not accept American Express or Electron as payment methods. Please be aware that orders worth more than $750 will be held for additional credit checks.
What should I do if a product I order isn’t suitable or what I expected?

I’m not sure how I’ll know if something is out of stock?
A notification stating that the item is out of stock will appear on the product details page. Baker Ross will also give an estimate of when Baker Ross expect to receive more stock of that item, if possible.

Is it true that the special offers displayed on the website can only be purchased online?
Yes. A product listed in the special offers area is only available for purchase online at the quoted price. Baker Ross occasionally provide additional savings for purchases made online.
How will I know if my order went through correctly if I place it over the internet?
As soon as you place your order, you should receive an email confirmation with your unique order reference number. If you do not receive an email confirmation from Baker Ross and require reassurance, please contact Baker Ross‘s Customer Services Team at service@bakerross.com.au. Baker Ross will be able to confirm the status of your order and provide you with appropriate information.
What should I do if I have issues with the website?

How can I keep track of the order I just placed?
If you have an online account with Baker Ross and have placed an order through Baker Ross‘s website, you may check the status of your order by checking in via the ‘Your Account’ tab at the top of the screen. By clicking on ‘Your Prior Orders,’ you will be able to examine your account details as well as any previous or current orders you have placed. If your parcel’s status is “Dispatched” click the ‘Track’ button next to the consignment number to be transported to the courier’s website, where you may check the status of your delivery.
Is it possible to make changes to my web order after it has been submitted?
