When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after your order is placed. Domestic US orders are shipped to physical addresses only. No post office boxes, please. Shipments are FOB Fort Worth, TX (76134). Standard shipping is via UPS Ground.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing your tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website to track your shipment progress.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is complete and shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. If you do not receive your domestic order within 5-10 business days, please call (844) 53-HOGAN to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Texas law requires them to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to an address within the State of Texas. The rate is 8.25%, and by law is charged on the purchase and the shipping costs. They do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Texas.
What is your return policy?
Ben Hogan Golf Equipment will gladly accept returns on new, unused products in original packaging for a period of 30 days after purchase. They will not accept returns or issue refunds for ANY used product, under any circumstances.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order after your order is placed, you must notify customer service within 24 hours, and they will be happy to adjust your order.
