LIFEASE accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX,JCB, Discover Card and PayPal.
What is the shipping policy?
They will process and ship your package within 2 business days after you place your order. If you did not receive your Tracking Number/Order Confirmation, check your email’s spam box.
* Customer/recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes.

* Bad weather or an accident may postpone deliveries. They would highly appreciate your understanding and patience.
* All packages will be delivered to your door by their couriers.
* All their Virus Prevention Supplies (include: Masks, Gloves, Wipes, Air Purification and Sterilization Card, and Google) belongs to personal hygiene products during the special epidemic period and will not be returned.
What is the return policy?
* You may return products within 7 days upon receiving them.
* Items returned must be in new or unused condition, including the original invoice for the purchase, and must be returned in original packaging.
* Ship as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 20 days.
* They inspect all returned items and will process refunds based on the condition of the item.
* Mistakes caused by them will be exchanged or refunded. With refunds for other reasons, buyers are responsible for the shipping fees.
* Food items are not eligible for return.
How to return an item?
* Email them at email@example.com and include your order number, full name, and the best email address to contact to put in a return request.
* Tell them the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. They will process your request in 2-3 business days and send you a prepaid shipping label. The shipping fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.
* Print your prepaid shipping label, which you will receive by email.
* Send all items you wish to return back to them using the label provided.
* Your refund will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving returned products.
What if the order is defective?
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged, they’ll either replace the product or issue a refund, or send you replacement parts or accessories for the product in question. They’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
