What payment methods do you accept?
LXR & Co accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I order by phone?
At this stage, LXRandCo only accepts orders placed online at LXR & Co.
Does my LXRandCo credit expire?
All LXRandCo credits expire 18 months from the date they are issued. LXRandCo credits are valid online only.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can request a cancellation up until the time your order processed. If the order has already been processed, it will be treated as an unauthorized return and be subject to fees. See the Returns section for more information. Please note that if a promotional credit (including referral credits) was used in an order that you have cancelled, the credit will not be reimbursed.
Where do you charge sales tax?
For orders placed within the United States, sales tax is added to purchases shipped to the States of California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
For orders placed within Canada: The prices listed on LXRandCo are exclusive of tax. Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax, where applicable, will be added to your order at checkout.
How do I return a purchase?
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on LXR & Co, you can return it for free within 10 days from the date of delivery. Any orders that are returned without an approved RAN from one of their customer services representatives will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
What is your refund policy?
If you decide to return your purchase, you will be given a free refund. Before they can proceed with the refund, they also need 1 photo from you, showing the whole item with the orange cable attached to ensure that the item you are returning is the original one they sent.
The orange security tag must be intact and still attached when returning the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any additional signs of use.
Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, straps, etc.) received with the order.
Once they have received these details regarding your request, they will send you a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping label so that you can return your item to them.
