Is OrganiCup safe?
The OrganiCup is made from 100% medical-grade silicone and is completely safe to wear inside the body.
What is the refunds and size exchange policy?
OrganiCup offer a Satisfaction Guarantee in case you are still not satisfied after using your OrganiCup for 90 days.
It allows you to receive a free size exchange and/or a refund of the product (excl. shipping cost and handling fee) up to one year after original purchase. You are also eligible for the guarantee, if you have bought your OrganiCup elsewhere - you just need to submit a copy of your receipt.
OrganiCup do not ask you to return used cups due to hygiene reasons.
