* If you refuse to receive the item without contacting them in advance, or if you are unable to receive the item because you are away for a long period of time, or if you continue to refuse to receive the item even if you have contacted them in advance, they may limit your use of the item in their system.

* In Yamato Transport, the product is stored for one week from the date of arrival at the sales office, and the product will be automatically returned after the storage period. Items that have been returned will be treated as cancelled and cannot be resent. If you wish to purchase it, please place a new order.

After completing your order, you can return the product regardless of whether it is a [regular product] or [sale product].

If you wish to return an item, please refer to the following and contact Sanyo EC Customer Support by e-mail in advance.

* They do not accept returns over the phone. They will respond in order of receipt of emails.
* After the product arrives, please check the “order details”, “size and colour”, “defective parts”, etc. before removing the product tag (tag). Please be sure to check with the product tag attached when trying it on.

* Please contact them by email within 10 days of receiving the item. Converted from the date of arrival.

* Please write the item number you wish to return to the inquiry field.

* EC Customer Support will send you an e-mail with instructions on where to return the item, so please follow the instructions and return the item to the designated address within 7 days.

* After the product arrives, they will contact you by email regarding the refund procedure.

If the payment method is “credit card lump sum”, “cash on delivery (cash payment) TA-Q-BIN collect”, or “Amazon Pay”, and the status after placing the order is [ order received], the customer can cancel the order themselves.

Please be sure to receive the product once and contact Sanyo Shokai EC Customer Support. After that, the customer will have to go through the procedures for returning the product.

After they receive the returned item, they will process the return. Depending on how busy it is, it takes about 10 to 15 days from the day the product arrives at the warehouse until the refund procedure is completed. (Please note that it may take longer if it includes Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, or if it takes our inventory at the end of February or August.)
