If the damage is extensive (over 60% of parts are damaged in furniture), the case will be escalated to replace the item and inform you if a return of the original item is required.
Customers can cancel an order at any time free of charge BEFORE the order is processed with their warehouse. To determine your order’s status please reach out to their customer service department immediately by email, or call them Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm Eastern at 954-266-6164.
An order cannot be cancelled after it has been processed with their warehouse. You may refuse the package with the carrier, or request a return as stated above. It will be processed and refunded as a Return, as stated above.

Shopango accept returns of items - as per the information below - within 30 days from day items are shipped. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a Restocking Fee if the item is received back in new condition and in the original packaging.
If the item is returned with unreported damage, they may charge a Restocking Fee of up to 75%.
If a different item than ordered is returned to them, they will not refund the order and they will reach out to you to resolve the situation.
Masks and other personal use/care items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
