What is the shipping policy?
They charge a Flat Rate for shipping, so doesn’t matter how many items you are ordering, your shipping charge is the same as 1 item.
They have 3 warehouses located in Australia, the USA, and HK China, orders will be dispatched depending on stock availability and destination country to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Their default shipping company is DHL and EMS, if you require a different shipping company, please kindly contact their Customer Care Team or just simply leave them a message at the checkout.
For all their DHL posted orders, there’re 2 parcel numbers, there will be a redirect tracking number (2nd parcel number) available once the package gets on the connecting flight and that is the number you’ll use for tracking.
