If you are unhappy with your BUBS they'll refund your first order in full. No return necessary (but you’re welcome to do so), and no questions asked! For apparel and unopened product, their policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
