Earthlink is offering Real Fiber for $24.95 a month as the lead deal on this page, a straightforward low cost fiber plan best for light internet users and anyone who wants a budget friendly nationwide fiber option. The same page also lists a Fiber 1 Gig plan for $39.95 per month and a 5G Home Internet plan for $59.95 per month, each aimed at heavier use and faster speeds. All plans are website only and are subject to availability in your area.
If you only need basic browsing, email and occasional streaming: go with the Real Fiber $24.95 per month plan. At $24.95 a month this plan is the cheapest listed and is the best choice when you want reliable fiber at the lowest price the page shows. Availability is subject to stock and location, so check service in your zip code before you commit.
If you want fast speeds for multiple devices and frequent streaming: choose the Fiber 1 Gig To Max for $39.95 per month. For $39.95 you get far higher speeds than the $24.95 plan, so this is the right choice when more bandwidth matters, for video conferencing, 4K streaming and gaming on several devices at once.
If you prefer a wireless home internet option or need coverage where fiber is not available: pick the 5G Home Internet for $59.95 per month. This is the most expensive plan listed but may be better where fiber service is not available or where you want a simple wireless setup. Like the other plans, it is website only and subject to availability.
If you are a first time visitor and want possible extra promotions: sign up to the newsletter for special offers and promotions. The newsletter is not the main offer but can be useful if you want promotional emails that might include limited time deals or price promotions for new customers. It does not replace choosing a plan; it simply may deliver future discounts.
When choosing between the plans, compare the monthly totals for the same service period and pick the lower total for the level of performance you need. If your priority is the lowest monthly price for basic use, take the $24.95 Real Fiber plan. If you need gig speeds, the $39.95 Fiber 1 Gig plan is the better value for heavy use. If fiber is unavailable at your address or you prefer a wireless setup, the $59.95 5G Home Internet plan applies. No combination rules are stated for these offers; each plan is a single monthly price and availability depends on your location.
Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Earthlink:
Earthlink accepts all major Debit/Credit card.
Unfortunately, Earthlink is not available Worldwide. Earthlink is available to United State only.
You probably received another bill because of one of these reasons: *You have any unpaid balance due from prior payment periods. This includes fees associated with checks that have bounced. *There were charges that change every month (like 800 Access, international dial-up access, simultaneous usage, or extra hours used) and were billed after your last invoice. *Your cancellation caused you to incur early termination fees per your agreement with EarthLink.
They charge for shipping when they send the SmartRG or a Dial-up modem. Please note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
They process refunds immediately however, it may take up to 3 days for the refund amount to reflect on the Credit/Debit cards. If your last payment was made by check or bank draft, refunds are not applied to your account until 20 days following the last payment date.If they are sending you a refund check, you should receive it in about four to five weeks. You can always check to see when the credit or refund was applied to your EarthLink account, by signing into My Account.
Your cable company will bill you for monthly cable Internet service, taxes, fees, and any installation-related charges. Earthlink will bill you for any Premium Earthlink services such as extra email boxes, wireless services, or Home Networking, and any other Premium EarthLink service.
Credits applied on the account are effective from the next billing cycle date onwards or the credit start date can also be customized to the future bill cycle dates.
Please note that a credit will not appear as a separate line item, but will just show as a reduced monthly fee. (For example, if you normally pay $21.95 per month and receive a $2 credit, your next credit card or bank statement will show a charge of $19.95.)
