Former engineer Audrey McLoghlin founded Frank & Eileen in 2009 with the goal of reinventing the button-up for women, a category that had previously been dominated by men. They've grown slowly and deliberately from their best-Italian-fabric-in-the-world beginnings. Frank & Eileen is a certified woman-owned, women-led business that has maintained 100% ownership while working with the same ethical, sustainable manufacturers for over a decade.
Frank & Eileen's main mission is to model and support female entrepreneurship as a force for good. Every item is knit, sewn, washed, and dyed in the United States, creating jobs and requiring their suppliers to follow B Corp-approved fair labour practices. They are committed to continuing their journey to use female entrepreneurship as a force for good as they expand into new design categories.
