Mobile check-in is available to guests who have guaranteed their reservation with a credit card and have a deposit on file (with the exception of third party reservations and/or billing). If a family member's sickness inhibits you from your travel plans, Great Wolf Lodge will gladly rebook your getaway. Reservations made on the Early Saver promotion are subject to a non-refundable deposit after the time of booking.

If your plans change at the last minute (or anytime within three days of arrival), please call them and they will try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if they couldn't rebook your getaway at all. You are subject to the best available rate on these new dates.
