Hushed accepts all major Credit/Debit Card.

All operations on Hushed (calls, texts, etc.) require a WiFi/data connection on your device—Hushed will work anywhere in the world where a stable connection is available. You don’t even need a real wireless plan or SIM card as long as you have access to WiFi.

Hushed offer the ability for users to test out Hushed without making any purchases, they offer a free three-day North American trial number, so you can test out the features of the app. Once your three-day trial is over, the number will expire automatically, they do not charge or capture any payment information for the trial to be claimed, so they do not charge or automatically renew trial numbers.

All you have to do is let the number expire automatically, no need to cancel or delete the number before then, and it will simply expire from your account when the three days are up.

Hushed is always happy to try and help resolve the issue you might be having. Please contact their support team at support@hushed.com for further assistance or to request a refund. They will respond within 1 business day at most (they try to respond as quickly as possible!)

For Unlimited Plan subscription refunds only, please note that Hushed subscriptions are managed directly through your Google Play or iTunes account. Keep in mind that cancellations for recurring monthly/annual purchases do not apply to the active subscription period and they are unable to provide refunds for the unused portion of the term.

In the event that any users violate any of the app's stated terms of service (https://hushed.com/terms-of-service), Hushed does reserve the right to terminate access to their services without refund.

Unfortunately, they are unable to provide partial refunds for purchases made on any plans. If you wish to be refunded your purchase must remain unused to be eligible.

Please note that your number plans can always be deleted should you find you no longer need to use them however once deleted the number, plan, and credits remaining will not be able to be restored.
