Strawberry Avocados does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen packages stated delivered by USPS, UPS or any other carrier used. Neither do they take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Strawberry Avocados does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender, for reasons included but not limited to, insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, forwarded mail and or inability to forward package to updated address.
In the rare event a package appears stuck in the postal system, they have to allow 15 business days for resolution, before they can file a claim for the order. If it is not delivered within 15 business days please contact them no later than 30 day from ship date to file a claim.
If your package is scanned as delivered, and the customer claims it was not received, they advise that you file a report with Postal Inspectors at usps.gov or by calling 877-876-2455. They do not accept responsibility for this loss.
