With the exception of special order or custom clocks, as previously mentioned, any clock shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS may be returned within forty-five (45) days of receipt for a credit of the original charge, less the cost of two-way shipping and a 10% (of the purchase price) restocking fee.
