They offer free shipping on all US Orders over $125. Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. All shipping is standard shipping via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. They currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.
They offer international shipping (for all products besides wetsuits) to Canada and Mexico for $20. Import duties & taxes are collected/paid at checkout, which means you won't receive another bill for duties or taxes after receiving your shipment. Some carriers charge for delivery reattempts. You will be responsible for any reattempt charges the carrier may charge. The average international order is typically delivered 3-5 weeks* from time of purchase. They offer returns on international orders, but it's at the buyer's cost to ship the item back to our distribution center. Please contact customer service for assistance.
