Indeed. Only identical model items in various sizes may be exchanged for purchased items, if available. Go to the returns area in My Account or as a Guest, input your information, and the order number to begin the size exchange process. You will receive an email confirming that your request for a size exchange has been received after the process is finished. Together with shipping instructions, it will come with a label. They will mail the new item as soon as the old item has been received and processed.
