Items can only be exchanged for the same style and cannot be changed for a different colour, heel height, or style. Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size at the time your return order is received and exchange is processed. They will do their best to ensure your exchange request is fulfilled; however, should the requested size not be available, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued to the original form of payment.
