How can I set up my international ship options?
They want to help make international shipping as simple as possible and ensure pricing consistency.
Previously, each ship option could map to either domestic or international. This caused errors when international destination orders came in but were mapped to domestic-only services (e.g., USPS Media Mail). As an effort to bring more transparency and predictability to your shipping costs.
How can I recall or change the address on a package that shipped?
At this time they can only request a return to sender or a change in address/delivery date through UPS. All other carriers do not allow for in-transit changes. They're very sorry for this inconvenience!
Send an email to support@shipbob.com or reach out to them on chat to request the change. Note: Some UPS services will not allow for in-transit changes.
If the change is successfully applied, a carrier service charge will be applied to your account.
Can I request to expedite the delivery date?
Unfortunately, the options for address changes are returned to sender, change address, or reschedule for a later date. There is no current option to expedite before the original estimated delivery.
What do I do if my customer's order shows "delivered" but they did not receive it?
While rare, there are occasions on which recipients claim that they have not received an order even though the tracking URL states otherwise, often because of theft or the carrier leaving the package in a public lobby or space.
Unfortunately, they do not have recourse in these situations and their Lost in Transit Policies go into detail about when they can deem an order "lost in transit" and file a claim.
