Your Spices must be unused and in their original packaging.

If the item is damaged, please shoot them an email with photos so they can take care of it (and let our merchants know)

Yes! During check out, you can choose to have your order shipped or to pick it up. You can pick your order up on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday between 10 am and 3 pm. When you arrive at their factory dial their Curbside Hotline: (828) 484-2594 and have your order number ready. A helpful Spicewalla will bring your order to your car!
