Positive Promotions accepts all major Debit & Credit card.
There are two situations in which you would need one:
If you wish them to bill you.
If you are paying by credit card and your organization requires that you use a P.O. number.
All orders over $1000 require a P.O. or Letter of Intent to Pay faxed to (800) 635-2329.
Note: If an order requires a P.O. number and it is submitted without one, that order will be significantly delayed.
They charge sales tax to their customers in New York State only.
Unfortunately, mistakes happen. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in their catalogue may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than their stated price, they will, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
