The sale is valid on sales products only through 31 October 2026 and is the simplest way to save if the items you want are in the sale. Small orders and single item buys. This is a very quick and efficient checkout process and for Free Patterns, they do not ask you to enter any payment information. Once you check out, you will get a link to the download and they also will email you a link as a backup. Another advantage of this approach is that in the event they need to update the pattern, their system will automatically notify you of the update and provide you with a link to download the new version of the pattern.
Occasionally they are out of stock on an item. They will notate this on the packing slip and try to contact you before shipping your order if there was an issue they needed to solve so please check your email for a note from customerservice@alpacadirect.com. If it's still not clear what's going on, please contact them and they will be happy to assist in getting the issue resolved.
Please contact them before you place your order and they will check which dye lots they have in stock. Also, they always try to send matching dye lots. If this is not possible they'll choose yarns from a dye lot that is as close as possible. If there is not a strong colour match, they'll contact you and help you decide how to proceed. If you require a single dye lot, you can add this to the notes on your order during checkout.
