Simply place an order online, choose a time slot, and an in-store associate will gather your items and place them in bags. When your order is ready, WalMart will send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or they will deliver your order right to your door.
Picking up your order (US)
Please wait until you receive an email from WalMart. They will tell you when your order is ready for pickup.
Check in with the WalMart app to let them know you’re on your way. If you don’t have the app, you can call the store directly. Find the phone number under the store’s address in your Ready for Pickup email.
Delayed or cancelled pickup orders
WalMart’s goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Before you contact customer care, be sure to:
- Wait for the Ready for Pickup notification.
Use the check-in option before you leave for the store and when you arrive.
If you have received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay, call the store. The phone number is displayed in your app when you arrive at the pickup location.
Delivery of your order
WalMart partner with local, third-party drivers to bring your order right to your door. When your order is picked up, they will send you an email letting you know the driver is on their way.
