Ami Ami wines are produced with great respect for the land and its fruits in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains in the Languedoc area of southern France. Grape cultivation here dates back to the 5th century BC. It's now a mecca for sustainable farming and winemaking, with hundreds of tiny family-run grape farms making a living by selling their grapes to individuals like them.
Their vineyards and wineries are HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified sustainable, which indicates "high environmental value." It is only given to wineries that meet strict environmental stewardship criteria. According to HVE, the entire ecosystem, including people and adjacent environments, is well-cared for and protected.
