To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order track page. Enter your Tracking Number to view the status of your order. You can find the Tracking Number in the Shipment Notification. If you are not able to locate your Order/ Tracking Number or have any additional questions regarding the status of your order, please submit your question to contact Autelpilot.
You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim. When you decide to return, please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact them to receive the shipping address for our warehouse. You can choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
