On a $100 order, for example, the code takes 30% off for a final total of $70 and a saving of $30. The 25% off code works similarly but saves less, so stick with the 30% option.
Buying clearance items or seasonal pieces. The clearance sale section offers up to 91% off selected products, and Halloween decor is marked down to 50% off. These are designed for specific categories rather than general shopping, so they apply only to the items on sale. Check the clearance and seasonal pages first if you are after those particular styles. If the items you want are not in clearance or seasonal, the 30% code still applies to the full range.
Buying multiple pieces of the same type. Ballard Designs runs quantity discounts on specific categories. When you buy 2 or more outdoor cushions, you get 50% off the purchase. For 2 or more dining sets, 30% off applies. Buy 2 or more nightstands, pendants or sconces and you get 30% off, or choose 2 or more doormats for the same saving. If you are furnishing a room with 4 or more dining chairs, 4 or more lamps or 4 or more lamp shades, the same 30% discount kicks in automatically. These bulk deals often beat the general code: on 2 outdoor cushions totalling $200, for example, 50% off gives a final price of $100 and saves $100, compared to the 30% code which would save $60. Add your items to the cart and the discount applies at checkout.
Everything else. The sitewide sale offers up to 25% off anything that does not fall into a clearance, seasonal or bulk category. This is lower than the 30% code, so the code is the better choice for general shopping.

The additional lead time for the arrival will be indicated on the delivery option. Typically, ship-to-store items take 14–21 days to arrive at the store.
Any items that are monogrammed, customised, Custom Plus, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless they are no longer available, in which case a merchandise certificate will be issued.
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 90 days, and we'll exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping & processing fees).
