Ballard Designs accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Order, and Cashiers Check.
The additional lead time for the arrival will be indicated on the delivery option. Typically, ship-to-store items take 14–21 days to arrive at the store.
Any items that are monogrammed, customised, Custom Plus, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless they are no longer available, in which case a merchandise certificate will be issued.
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 90 days, and we'll exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping & processing fees). All Ballard products are guaranteed from defects for a full year from the date of shipment. Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, clearance, customised, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once an item is received in their warehouse, a refund or exchange is processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your credit within 3 business days. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7–10 business days.
