What forms of payment do you accept?
BauBax currently accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
How will I know when my order has been processed?
As soon as their warehouse fulfils your order, you will receive an email notification which will be followed by a tracking link. They highly recommend you use an email that you frequently check. Once the tracking has been emailed, it is the customer’s responsibility tp monitor the tracking.
How soon do you ship the order?
Once the order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days for their warehouse to process and ship the order. Orders placed on Friday/public holiday are processed on Monday/next business day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number once your shipment has been scanned by the carrier and a notification email will be sent to you. Simply click on the tracking number in the email and it will take you to the tracking link where you will be able to see the status of your shipment. They request that you keep monitoring the tracking once you have received the tracking link. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders are sent to their logistics partner immediately upon receiving them. They cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, however, please email them on firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible they will cancel it. If the order is already processed and handed over to the carrier, they request that you follow their return policy.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product, or if your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase (i.e., the date you ordered your product) for a full or partial refund, according to the Terms listed below.
* All returns must be approved by a Customer Service Agent by email ONLY, via the issuance of an RMA # (a.k.a., Return Merchandise Authorization).
* BauBax will not accept any returns without an RMA #.
* The printed RMA form must be included with the returned product.
* RMAs are valid for 15 days from date of issue. All returns must be postmarked and in the hands of the shipping carrier within this time frame.
* RMA Numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the return package (their shipping department is not able to accept any packages without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package).
* All returns are subject to a 10 USD restocking fee.
* All returns must include the original product packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed as soon as possible AFTER they are able to verify receipt of the returned package at the warehouse but may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement after the refund has been processed on our end, as your bank or credit card issuer may take longer to complete this transaction.
