What payment methods do you accept?
Big Girls Bras accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
What are the delivery times?
Big Girls Bras will ship to you as soon as they can. This process normally takes 3-4 weeks for shipping. They place orders with most of their manufacturers on a weekly basis as needed.
Can I exchange the item?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the items, they encourage you to use the Exchange Form found in your package and send them back for an exchange or store credit which is available to you immediately on processing your return. Please indicate on the Exchange Form the replacement items you want in exchange for the items you are sending back to them.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be in new condition with all labels and tags attached. See below for more details. Due to significant discounts, all sales of products ending with 0.99 price point are final and Seller will not accept returns. Refused shipments of Products are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, which shall be charged to the same account Retailer used to purchase the Products.
How can I request for a refund?
* Orders must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the invoice date, paid by credit card or debit card, and comply with their return policy criteria stated below.
* Because refund requests are handled in the order they are received and because a daily limit is allocated to process refunds, refund requests normally take up to 2 billing cycles or 30-60 days to complete.
* The credit will be issued to your original method of payment, less the shipping & handling charges.
* Combined orders up to $150 or up to 3 items per customer per year (see exception rules below) without a service charge. All other items returned will be granted store credit or exchange. Any refund greater than $150 (per customer per year) is at the sole discretion of Big Girls Bras and will be assessed a 15% service charge.
