Blakeway prints & frames
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, they normally ship the same day for orders received by 2:00 pm CST.
At times, they take pre-orders for licensed products prior to printing. This will be stated on the product page, with a message that the product is pending licensing approval and the timeframe of when they expect to print and ship.
Oversized panoramas
Their oversized canvas and metal panoramas are made to order and 3 business days are required for production prior to shipping.
When your order has been packed and processed for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product within 30 days of purchase. They are unable to refund shipping charges.
