Yes. Their Professional 800 and Tom Dickson Extreme blenders have 10-year warranties.
Please call their customer service team at 1-800-253-6383. They are trained to troubleshoot over the phone and can help with any warranty replacement needs. Have the serial number (found on the bottom of the blender), the jar size, and the number on the bottom of your jar ready before you call. You'll also want to keep your blender near you during the call. You can also email them using this form. Please be sure to provide the same information as above, as well as your name and the best way for them to contact you.
All jars included in the package you purchased are included in your warranty. Any additional jars purchased separately are warranted for three years.
If you have any problems with items you've received, please call their helpful customer service team (1-800-748-5400). If approved by a customer service representative, you may initiate a return for a full refund of an item within 30 days of the item being delivered, minus shipping charges. They must receive your returned item at their processing facility within 45 days of delivery. You must return the item with all original materials included in the shipment; failure to provide all materials included in the shipment will cause a delay in or a refusal of your refund request.

The 25% off code at the top of this page is Blendtec's main offer and works on sale products across the site. It will save you the most on larger purchases where the percentage discount beats the fixed price reductions Blendtec offers on specific items.
Buying a single item on sale. If you are buying one discounted product, compare the available offers carefully. The 25% off code applies to sale products, so on a $100 sale item it would take your total to $75 and save you $25. However, Blendtec may have a dedicated deal on the exact item you want. The $50 off Total Blender Classic, the $50 off Immersion Blender, and the $60 off selected products all beat the code on their respective items. If you are buying one of these named products, the specific deal saves more. If you are buying a different sale item, the 25% off code is your better choice.
Buying jars or accessories. The 30% off all jars sale gives you a bigger discount on jar purchases than the 25% off code. On a $120 jar order, for example, the 30% off sale brings it to $84 and saves you $36, compared to $30 saved with the 25% off code. The 30% off applies across the full jar range. For accessories starting at $19.95, check whether the item is included in the 30% off jars promotion; if so, that deal wins. If the accessory is not part of the jars sale, the 25% off code applies to other sale accessories.
Shopping for a new blender. Blendtec offers set prices on specific models: the Designer Blenders at $499.95, Classic Blenders from $379.95, and the Immersion Blender at $149.95. These are fixed prices, not applied discounts, so the 25% off code does not apply to them. If a blender you want is not one of these named models but is on sale, the 25% off code will give you the discount.
First time shopper. If you have not bought from Blendtec before, sign up for the newsletter to receive special offers and additional discounts before you shop.
When you have picked your item and know its sale price, use the 25% off code if it is a sale product not covered by a specific deal. Use a dedicated deal (the $50 off specific blenders, the $60 off selected products, or the 30% off jars) if your item qualifies, as these will leave you with a lower total than the code.
