Due to ongoing delays in production resulting from supply chain disruptions and increased demand, all of their seating is shipping on delayed schedules. It's best to check the shipping times for the specific colour and fabrication you're interested in before purchasing, so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly. Those shipping times can be found under the 'add to cart' button, in your cart at checkout, in your order confirmation email, as well as on-site here. If you don’t like your Burrow furniture, please fill out our Returns Form within 30 days of receipt. They’ll provide you with return labels for each of the boxes and schedule a pickup via FedEx.

More information can be found on their return page. Please note that there is a 10% fee for returns with original boxes and a 20% fee for returns without original boxes. If you no longer have your original packaging, please provide photos to demonstrate the condition of your product.
