I haven’t received a tracking number. What should I do?
They generally process all orders within a single business day. Their offices close on Saturday and Sunday, so if you place an order on Friday, you should expect to receive your tracking number on the following business day- Monday.

My product was damaged/already opened upon delivery. What should I do?
Please contact them including a photograph of the packaging with the subject line Damaged / Opened Item(s) Upon Delivery.
They’ll review your claim within a business day and get back to you with a solution.
How do I exchange or return my order?
All b-Vibe products are covered by their one (1) year limited warranty, from the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
If you discover a defect and notify them via email@example.com, b-Vibe will, at its own discretion, replace the product free of charge.
