Carex is running a strong 25% off code on the popular TENS 7000 Digital TENS Unit, which is ideal if you are specifically buying that model for pain relief. If you're shopping for other products across Carex's full range, multiple codes are available depending on what you want and how much you spend.

Buying the TENS 7000 unit: The featured 25% off code on this specific product is your best option if the TENS 7000 is what you need. This offer cannot be combined with others, so commit to it alone.

Shopping for Bed Buddy weighted blankets: Use the dedicated 20% off Bed Buddy code to save on that product line. If you're buying a weighted blanket with a light therapy lamp at the same time, check the sale promotion for 30% off the blanket instead, which may save more depending on the product prices.

Buying a light therapy lamp: The dedicated 20% off light therapy lamp code applies to any lamp in that range. Again, if you're pairing a lamp with a weighted blanket, the bundle sale giving 30% off the blanket might give a bigger total saving.

Buying a walker or walker accessories: The sale promotion for 25% off any walker accessory purchased with a walker gives you a fixed percentage on the accessory. This cannot be combined with other codes.

Shopping for other home health products: Your choice depends on basket size. For any order, the 20% off general code gives a better saving than the 15% code, so use the 20% code. The 10% off code is also available if you want it, but the 20% option is stronger. Both work on most home health items across the site.

Clearance and sale items: Carex is running two clearance sales: one with up to 81% off selected products and another with up to 75% off a clearance rack. These are not codes, so they apply automatically at checkout. The 81% off sale is the bigger potential saving, though both are limited to selected stock. Neither of these stacks with coupon codes.

Buying in bulk: For ear plugs and disposable commode liners, specific bulk deals apply. Buy three ear plugs and get a fourth free, or buy three disposable commode liners and get one free. These are set quantities, not percentage discounts, so check which saves more on the specific items you need.

Free delivery: You get free shipping on orders over $99. This applies separately from the coupon codes, so factor it into your total when comparing offers.

Order over $99 with non-clearance items: Use the strongest code available for what you are buying: the 25% off TENS 7000 if you want that unit, or the 20% off code if you are buying other products. The codes cannot combine with each other or with sales, so pick the one that fits your basket best and gives the lowest final total.

The 25% off code for the TENS 7000 is the strongest single offer on the page. For general purchases, 20% off codes beat the 15% and 10% alternatives. The clearance sales with up to 81% off beat all codes on selected items, but are limited to dwindling stock. Our team tested 17 Carex offers at checkout in the 12 months to October 2026, with 12 kept as proof. In that same period, the biggest percentage code was 25% off (which is on your page now as the TENS 7000 offer), and the typical code was 15% off, so the 20% codes and the TENS offer represent strong value right now.
