What is your return policy?
If you ever receive a wine that is wrong, damaged, or gone bad, they will happily send you a replacement bottle free of charge or issue you a refund for the item back to the card the item was purchased with. You may also send back any unopened bottle of wine you are simply unhappy with and they will issue you a refund for the item back to the card the item was purchased with as soon as your return is processed. When will my order ship?
Typically orders are sent out on the 20th of each month. Orders placed after the 20th will be shipped right away if that month is selected. In the event of very cold temperatures that could affect the wines, they may delay shipment. If this should occur, they will let you know.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Cellars Wine Club pack their bottles in special protective packaging so shipping damage is rare. If an accident does occur, however, you can feel confident in Cellars’ 100% “no bad bottle” guarantee. If your wine has gone bad or didn’t travel well, let them know and they’ll replace it, no questions asked.
