To find more information about the tracking of your order, log into your account to access the history of your orders.
You will find the status (in production) or the tracking link of each of your orders, by clicking on "track this package" if it has already been handed to their carrier.
I want to modify my delivery address, what can I do/
Once your order has been placed you have 15 minutes to update your delivery address (only on the website).
Once the 15 minutes are up, you won't be able to make any more changes as your order will already be in production.
If there is a mistake in the address that you have indicated, do not worry. The order will come back to them and they will resend it to the right address. You will receive an email from them when your order will be back in their offices.
