Where is my order?
Due to current measures to protect the safety of their distribution centre employees, they are experiencing delays in processing and delivering your order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. They sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause, and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, prior to shipping. (Orders with bracelet sizing requested require an additional 2-4 business days for processing.) Note that orders placed after 3 PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
