Curacao accepts all major Debit & Credit card.
Do you deliver outside the U.S?
Unfortunately, Curacao delivers to the United States only.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) begin processing the next business day (Excluding holidays). If they are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they will gladly help you with an exchange, return or repair.
Here’s what you need to do:
* Returns will be accepted for merchandise with the time period stated.
* Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals and/or jewellery certificates.
* Simply return to your nearest Curacao store with the item(s) you wish to return within the appropriate return period and they will take care of the rest (For online orders, please review the following steps).
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Purchases made by check can only be refunded after 7 days from the original purchase date.
