Dashlane accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
Once your account is created, your login email address cannot be changed. If you want to sign in to Dashlane with a new email address, the only option is to create a new account and transfer your existing data and subscription to the new account.
The web app may be logging you out when you close your browser, or the desktop app may be logging you out if you don't use it for a while. You can fix this in the web app by ticking a box during login, and in the desktop apps, you can disable the Automatic Logout option under Preferences. Please note that if you decide to do this, you should be careful to log out each time you leave your computer.
To increase the security of your account, two-factor authentication can be enabled in your Dashlane preferences. An additional code will then be required either whenever you authorise a new device to access your account or else each time you log in to your account.
Click on the menu, then go to "Subscriptions". Choose the Dashlane Password Manager subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option. Finish up as directed.
