DOLAN currently has the 20% off voucher at the top of this page as the lead offer, which takes 20% off sitewide with a code at checkout. This is best for regular full price purchases on the website when you want a straightforward percent off. The same 20% appears again lower on the page and there is also a 15% code, while sale styles are marked down by up to 50% without a code.
Small full price baskets (around $50), use the 20% off voucher at the top of this page. On a $50 full price order the voucher takes 20% off, so you pay $40 and you save $10. The 15% code would save only $7.50 on the same $50 basket.
Medium full price baskets (around $120), the 20% code still gives the best straight saving on full price items. On a $120 full price order the 20% voucher reduces the total to $96, a $24 saving; the 15% code would leave you with $102, a $18 saving.
Large full price baskets ($300 and up), use the 20% code to save the most on non sale items. On a $300 full price order the 20% voucher brings the total to $240, a $60 saving. The 15% code would leave $255, a $45 saving.
Buying sale styles, the sale markdowns of up to 50% off apply only to sale styles and need no code. Because the 20% and 15% vouchers state they cannot be combined with any other offers, you cannot layer those codes on top of the sale discount. For example, a $200 item reduced by 50% on the sale costs $100, a $100 saving versus $160 if you applied a 20% code to the full price instead.
When two identical 20% codes appear, both sitewide codes work the same way and each says you must use a code and that it cannot be combined with any other offers. Pick the 20% voucher at the top of this page at checkout; the lower 20% entry offers no extra benefit.
Choose the option that leaves you with the lower total. For full price items on the website always try the 20% voucher at the top of this page first. If the items in your cart are marked as sale styles, take the sale price instead because the site sale up to 50% off will usually leave you with the lower total. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, so do not expect to stack a percent off code onto sale prices.
