When will my order arrive?
1. Orders will take 1 full business days to arrive
2. Orders placed by 10:00am PST ship the same day Monday - Friday
3. Orders placed after 10:00am PST, and over the weekend, ship the following Monday
Do you deliver outside the U.S?
Eagle Creek currently delivers to United States only.
What is your return policy?
Eagle Creek stands behind the quality and durability of our products and they hope you are happy with your order. If you are not happy with your order they accept returns or exchanges if the product has manufacturing defects.
1. All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached
2. A product can be returned within 30 days of the product purchase
3. If it has been longer than 30 days your return will be accepted at Eagle Creek’s discretion and for online store credit
4. Shipping charges will only be refunded if Eagle Creek is at fault
5. If you are making an exchange based on a different size, style, or color you will be charged shipping for your exchange
6. Only Eagle Creek items ordered from eaglecreek.com can be returned
How can I return & exchange the item?
To ship your return or exchange follow the instructions below
1. Go to Track Order and fill out the form. You can find your Order ID in your confirmation email
2. On the following page click on “View Order”
3. On the Order Details page click on “Return or Exchange Items” and follow the instructions. Print the final page and include it with your return
