Store credits can not be combined with any sale, discount, or promo codes. To initiate a return please email info@eklexic.com and either provide the item you wish to exchange for or indicate you prefer store credit. Items returned must be in new unused condition and returned in their original packaging. If the jewelry shows any signs of wear it will be returned to you. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Some styles may be exchanged for a different style(s) at a 20% restocking fee within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when a style is exchanged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
