If you don't love your Ellie purchase for any reason, they'll gladly accept a return within 30 days of your order. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed once it arrives in their warehouse. Refunds to credit cards will appear within one billing statement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel your subscription, contact their customer service team up to 5 business days prior to your monthly billing date through their website contact form or by phone at 1-844-338-5044 and they'll take care of it right away. Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 5 business days prior to your bill date to ensure your box for that month is cancelled.
