Equipment accepts all major Debit/Credit cards, and PayPal.

What is Equipment return policy?

They want you to be completely satisfied with your Equipment order, thus they will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note, they only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Equipment will not accept orders or exchange any items that were purchased at other retailers.

I have a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

They will take back any damaged/defective item that was purchased from Equipment for a refund or send a replacement. Please contact Customer Service as soon as you receive your order so they can help resolve the issue.

Please allow 1 week for them to receive your return package. Once delivered to their fulfillment center in Chino, CA, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days.

How do I make an exchange?

At this time, Equipment cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you purchased for a refund and place a new order on Equipment.
