You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at their warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.
Not the right fit? Or did you go overboard with your retail therapy? No worries. They're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date. They accept returns at all of their IRL retail locations, through your local Happy Returns Bar, or by mail.
They're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to three business days for them to pack up and ship out your order. Express and Next Day orders placed before 10 a.m. PT ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 10 a.m. PT or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
