They currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. They do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada, or other countries at this time. Shipping across the United States is free for their customers.

Every single one of their customer orders is packed and shipped by their North American distribution centres in California and Los Angeles. What this means for you is that each and every product passes through their strict quality control process by real people before getting sent your way.

They have partnered with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon to access the most competitive shipping rates and shipping times across North America.

This means free shipping and "prime" shipping times for you.

Most orders will be processed and shipped from their warehouses within 2 business days.

Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number associated with your order. The delivery will usually take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination, once the parcels have left their warehouse. Rural parts of the U.S. can expect their orders within 8 - 10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can visit the Track Your Order page and get the tracking information by entering your tracking number.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact them within 30 days of the receipt of the item, they will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact them by email service@feierfitness.com at first.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2–3 working days. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact them at service@feierfitness.com.
