First Day delivers to the United States and Canada only.

First Day'll charge your payment method when you place your first order and then every month after that. If you need to pause or skip an order, you can easily do so from your account page by clicking "Manage Subscriptions.

First Day packages are usually delivered within 3-8 business days. However, once in a while, the delivery service encounters unforeseeable circumstances that cause a delay. If you have any shipping inquiries, feel free to reach out via chat on their website or you can email them at support@hifirstday.com so they can help out.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact them as soon as possible via chat or email at support@hifirstday.com. First Day normally have one hour to make any adjustments after you place your order. First Day may not be able to adjust your order after the one-hour window has passed, as it may be processed or on its way to the post office.
