Your fully charged Frontier X2 should last 14 days if used for an average of 1 hr/day.
For optimal usage, Fourth Frontier recommend charging your Frontier X2 when the battery level goes below 20%.
The Frontier X2 uses Bluetooth Low Energy Technology (BLE) to sync with other devices like most Apple Watches, Garmins, Pelotons, Polars and Zwifts as a heart rate monitor. If your device is equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy Technology, the Frontier should easily sync as a heart rate monitor with no issues whatsoever. The Frontier X2 can simultaneously connect to a maximum of 3 devices - 1 Mobile App & 2 External HRMs.
