The top offer on this page is the up to 45% off weekly deal, shown as the up to 45% off voucher at the top of this page; use that if you are booking a week or otherwise want the biggest percentage off for a longer rental. It is a promo code offer and must be entered at checkout to redeem. Other location or sale offers may beat it on specific markets, so pick by where and how long you are renting.
Short weekend rental or less than a week: If you are renting for a couple of days and the booking is priced like a short stay, the location sales are often more relevant. For a $150 short rental, the site sale of up to 44% off rentals (no code) would reduce the price to $84, saving $66, if that sale applies to your dates and car. The up to 45% off voucher could also apply but is aimed at weekly deals, so confirm eligibility before assuming it will work for shorter stays.
One week rental: The up to 45% off voucher at the top of this page is designed for weekly deals and will usually give the biggest cut on seven day bookings. On a $700 one week rental, 45% off takes the price to $385, saving $315, whereas the site sale of up to 44% off would take it to $392, saving $308. Take the voucher if it is valid for your week and car.
Booking in California, Miami, Texas, South Florida or Los Angeles: If you are specifically renting in California, the up to 35% off California code applies but its terms say it cannot be used with any other offers, so compare it directly with the up to 45% voucher. For Miami in May use the up to 40% off Miami in May code when your dates fall in May. Texas, South Florida and Los Angeles have site sales with no code; those may apply automatically. For example, on a $300 California rental, 35% off reduces it to $195, saving $105; if the up to 45% voucher is allowed for that car and date, it would reduce $300 to $165, saving $135. Use the offer that leaves the lower total for your exact car and date.
If you are military, a veteran or a first responder: There are extra 10% off codes for military, veterans and first responders. Those codes state they cannot be used with any other codes or offers, so you must choose between a 10% reduction and any other single code offer. If your booking would otherwise get 40% off, the 40% code saves more than 10%. If no bigger code applies to your pickup location and car, use the 10% code at checkout.
New customers and package deals: There is a 5% off new customers sale and a 20% off Paradise Package for eligible stays. Use the package offer only for the qualifying hotel package; it cannot be combined with other codes unless the terms say so.
When choosing between offers, calculate the final price for your exact car, dates and location and take whichever leaves the lower total. If an offer’s terms explicitly forbid combining, do not combine; otherwise the page does not state combination rules, so compare them on their own and pick the single option that gives the lowest checkout price.
