FRĒDA SALVADOR offers FREE ground shipping on all orders over $200. Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.
Yes! You can select expedited shipping for $25 at checkout. This method takes 2-3 business days.
Once they receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at their factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. FRĒDA SALVADOR will send you an email when their team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Place the item you wish to return in the box
Stick the prepaid label on the box and hand to the shipping carrier on your label. Please note: There is a $10 restocking fee if you use the prepaid return label provided (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee).

If you would like to return your item(s) please reach out to info@fredasalvador.com to request a return label. Once you have your label, follow the instructions below. Put the item you wish to return in the box. Stick the prepaid label on the box. A $10 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund (a return postage charge exemption for all exchanges). Fill out a reason code insert the packing slip in the box. Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label.
