Stick the prepaid label on the box and hand to the shipping carrier on your label. Please note: There is a $10 restocking fee if you use the prepaid return label provided (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee).

Put the item you wish to return in the box. Stick the prepaid label on the box. A $10 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund (a return postage charge exemption for all exchanges). Fill out a reason code insert the packing slip in the box. Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label.
