The Gametime page currently shows the $20 off voucher at the top of this page, for $20 off your first purchase of $200 or more. That voucher is best for first time customers whose cart will reach at least $200 on the website. If you are buying one of the listed ticket deals instead, those public prices may be the relevant saving rather than the voucher.
Small baskets under $200. If your order total is below $200 you cannot use the $20 off voucher because it requires a first order over $200. For low spend purchases such as single concert tickets that start from $52, football tickets from $42, or Karol G tickets from $96, the public prices listed on the site are the way to buy. The voucher does not apply and there is no alternate site signup discount on this page for lower spends.
First order of $200 to $414.99. If this is your first order on the website and your cart is at least $200 but less than $415, use the $20 off voucher at the top of this page. The voucher takes $20 off the $200 plus order, so a $200 cart becomes $180 after the voucher, a $250 cart becomes $230, and so on. This is the only code shown and it applies only to website first orders.
Orders of $415 or more. For carts at or above $415 you should compare the public ticket deals against using the $20 off voucher. The Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix tickets start from $415 on the site; if the item you want is listed at $415 or higher, the voucher still applies to first orders over $200 but will only reduce the total by $20. If a public deal already prices the exact ticket you want at $415, that public price is what you pay; the voucher could lower that by $20 only if this is your first order and the ticket price meets the voucher threshold.

Gametime offers to purchase flexibility with Gametime's 24-Hour Returns. When you purchase with Gametime, you can return your tickets within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund. This policy does not apply to purchases 72 hours before the event starts time. Within 72 hours all Gametime ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you can’t make it to the event, we’ll be happy to help you find your tickets and a good home. You can sell any tickets on Gametime that do not require physical or special delivery. To sell your tickets, visit the “Sell” tab in the app and choose from your existing Gametime tickets. If you don’t want to sell your tickets, you can share them with a friend via text or email.
